First of all- high cholesterol is not caused by a lack of statin drugs. High cholesterol is caused by lifestyle choices including the consumption of toxic processed foods, avoiding exercise or regular physical exertion (yes this means getting you heart rate up) as well as self-destructive habits including regular use of over-the-counter medications, prescriptions medications, alcohol and tobacco.

The good news is that the only way to reduce cholesterol safe and effectively is something your body already knows how to do. The truth hurts, but if you want to change your life for the better, you must begin participating in regular physical exercise, change the foods you choose to eat and improve your understanding of health versus sickness care.

My philosophy is that the way to health and/or wellness has 3 steps: You must learn how to (1) Move Well, (2) Eat Well and (3) Think Well!

The important thing here is consistency. If you follow the simple plan outlined in this section you will cause your cholesterol levels to plummet on their own, without the need of dangerous prescription drugs.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE EVIL FORCES (MEGA-COMPANIES AND POLITICIANS) AT PLAY THAT DO NOT HAVE YOUR HEALTH IN MIND!

These forces include the FDA, powerful lobbyists & lawmakers in congress, Petrochemical companies, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Companies and even the American Medical Association!

It is well known that the recent guidelines about lowering cholesterol were timed with the coincidental marketing campaign of highly-profitable statin drugs. In addition, 6 of the 9 board members who issued cholesterol-lowering guidelines have financial ties with pharmaceutical giants that manufacture these drugs. ***Stay tuned for additional articles discussing such mayhem.

Clearly the human body was not designed to survive on the daily intake of prescription drugs. Your body was, however, designed to adapt to harmful situations in order to restore itself to optimal physical health. Here's how you can help it:

Takeaways
  • Cholesterol lowering medications are extremely potent and can cause serious injury
  • Lowering your cholesterol can be done safely and naturally
  • Health is as easy as Moving Well, Eating Well and Thinking Well!
