Work at Home Time Management
It has taken several years of trial and error, but I have gotten my schedule worked out to a point. To do this I had to evaluate my tasks and my day, and determine what I really needed to get done.
First, you have house work, and weather you are male or female if you work at home your spouse will generally expect you to get something done around the house (unless your really lucky!). But when you work at home, and you work full time, sometimes that just isn't feasible. In my case I decided that I will just clean the house after work, just as if I were not home all day, usually I will do some simple picking up and such when I am on hold, but I try to stick to work only between 9 and 5. This is how it would work if you worked outside the house full time, and sometimes just because you 'work at home' doesn't mean you have all day to 'work the home'.
Second, you have work, of course. Depending on what you do for work this can get very tricky. I recommend setting up a schedule, based on past trends, if you have kids at home, base it on nap times or quiet times as well. But have a schedule, go into your corner or your office and work for that period of time, no distractions. (of course you cant tell this to babies, but that is where your spouse or a baby sitter comes in handy.) It doesn't matter if you work at 2 am or 2 pm, or for an hour here and an hour there, try to schedule it, plan it and hopefully it will help you be more productive when you do sit down to work.

Working from home has been wonderful! I couldn't ask for a better deal. When I first started my biggest problem was time management, I really had a hard time figuring out when to work, when to do dishes, and when to just relax.
