The Bun & Thigh Roller Product Review

Does it Live Up to the Infomercial Hype?

Losing weight and getting into shape becomes harder as we age. Finding diet and exercise programs that work, and are reasonable in price often proves to be even more difficult than actually committing to a fitness program. Infomercials seem to have
every fitness "expert" you've never heard of touting his or her latest invention is the best on the market. Many overweight and/or obese Americans desperate to lose weight fall prey to these late night marketing frenzies only to find their purchase was a waste of money that they can't afford to lose.

I watch those infomercials, but never buy anything - even if I think it's plausible the latest craze in fitness equipment could offer me tight abs and a butt you could bounce a quarter off of. I have always resorted to at-home self help in the form of sit-ups in my bedroom floor and a Pilates DVD bought from a Wal-Mart clearance rack. While browsing the sporting goods section of the local Wal-Mart I did discover that some of those infomercial fitness machines are on the shelves for about half the price "fitness gurus" on late night television are selling them for over the phone.

I read the boxes carefully, and selected an inexpensive and small machine that targets the areas I have a lot of trouble with, the thighs and buns. I bought the Bun & Thigh Roller for under $40, and stood back while my husband put it together. It took about 10 minutes for him to assemble this small contraption, and I popped in the DVD that came with the machine to see if it was even worth keeping. After watching the video, I decided the Bun & Thigh Roller may very well be a good purchase and the following day used it for the first time.
