There is a salesman named David Abatello that is an acoholic who drives customer and new cars while intoxicated with the customers in them. He has been through numerous rehabs and still he has a problem with drinking on the job and endangering himself,employees and the public. I have had several complaints from customers and employees about this concern. I went and talked to the General Manager Ralph Totora and the owner George Townsend several times, yet nothing seems to be done about it. This is a serious problem and needs to be delt with promptly. Second is Honda City has a New York State Inspection license and technitions that are not certified or licensed are doing N.Y.S Inspections illegally with no supervision or a license. I have had customers tell me that they went to another dealership or repair facility and things were found to be wrong when the techs. said all is well with the vehicle.
