On Thursday afternoon Anna Nicole Smith was found unconscious in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., a law enforcement source told CNN. An unresponsive and unconscious was rushed to the hospital from the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, hotel officials said. "She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. TMZ has reported that emergency responders performed CPR at the scene, and that a breathing apparatus had to be inserted into Smith's throat. Anna Nicole Smith was then rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital just after 2:00p.m local time. But, by afternoon the one-time Mexia chicken restaurant waitress turned Playboy model turned heiress turned reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith had died at age 39.

Anna Nicole Smith lost her own son to a suspicious death in the hospital she gave birth to her daughter is now herself dead.
