I love candles. My husband loves candles. My mom loves candles. My sister loves candles. My friends love candles. Heck, virtually everyone I know loves candles! A big problem with candles, however, is cost. The ones that smell really good usually cost an arm and a leg. Moreover, they don't really last very long because you burn them so much. Is a candle really worth $10 and above?

Some people would answer this question with a resounding, "YES!!" Others, on the other hand, would balk at paying more than $5 for a candle. Glade Candles give you an AWESOME scented candle at a fraction of the cost one of those expensive candle companies may charge. The scents are powerful and clean, and actually smell a lot better (and a lot more expensive) than some of those "gourmet" candles do.

I am a huge fan of The White Barn Candle Company, regardless of how incredibly expensive their candles are. I love the fact that they come in cakes, preserve jars, and so forth. The make my entire house smell wonderful... probably because they're so huge. Glade Candles achieve the same effect, but with a much smaller candle. Plus, Glade Candles come in their own glass bowl. (Well, not including the new Glade 3-in-1 Candle.)

The glass bowls come in many different designs. Personally, I like the plain ones because you can use the bowls again for your own candles. The ones with designs just seem a little out-of-place in my home. The plain glass bowls, or the ribbed ones, give a quiet elegance to any table or mantle. Some of the bowls are frosted with little designs - suns, berries, snowflakes, etc. - etched into them. Personally, I think it looks tacky. Maybe if you're having a party and want to decorate a table... I wouldn't really display them beyond that. Fortunately, you can purchase all of the scents in a plain glass bowl.

There are fifteen different scents that you can choose from for your Glade Candle. These scents are:
