Gone are the days when women are only considered as homemakers. The United Nations had observed the year 1975 as the International Women's Year. And then started the revolution to make women more independent and raise them from their sub standards. Today's women are more self dependent both financially and emotionally. Government has undertaken serious steps towards protective and promotional measures. These measures protect, support and promote women enterprises that enable a woman to create an identity of her own. Women have always been placed under the privileged category. Government has always provided generosity in providing financial aid and assistance to women. One of these grants that help the women to raise their equality with men is the Small business grant for woman. Each and every woman striving to open, grow or sustain her business should be aware of this type of grants. So if you are a woman and want to start or need some extra help for your own business, then you should know that the government renders free small business grants to such women. In most cases these small grants need not be paid back.

Starting a small business also could cost dearly to your pockets, for a woman it might be even difficult. But there is lots of money waiting to be claimed for grants from the government and other little-known organizations. But do you think finding a grant for a women is always the easiest thing to do? •Free money available to start a new business by women when they are out of work.
