The city park is just a few blocks away, so many days are spent playing at the park. Sometimes it is free play, sometimes a lively game of kickball! The kids are also treated to pizza, Hardees, McDonalds and more on certain days. The children really do have a great time!
Another aspect I really like about Our World was that it also has an adjacent adult daycare center. All of this is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic and it is a very short walk to the adult center, as it is just next door.
The little kids (preschool, ages 3-5) really enjoy going over to see the "Grandmas" and "Grandpas". Sometimes it is just a simple afternoon of being read to, singing songs or playing games together. Other times, there are great games planned for everyone to participate in, such as making holiday cards and crafts or playing BINGO! Both the children and the adults love spending time together and I truly think it is great for the both of them.
My kids are not in daycare, but if I had to put them there, I would want them to go to Our World.
