I enjoyed eating at P.F. Changs in Sacramento, California. This is an Asian fine dining restaurant with flair of the American touch. There are many reasons for that I give them a high ra
ting.

The service is outstanding. As soon as I walked into the restaurant the hostess greeted me with a friendly smile. She asked me how I was and if I had reservations. She added that extra friendly touch in her greeting, which made me feel valued as a customer. A few minutes after I was walked to my table the server came with an upbeat and friendly smile. He asked me if I was ready to order. I told him I wasn't sure what to order. He asked me what I like. I told him I like fish. He suggested the spicy prawns and some sort of cod dish. So I selected the spicy prawns. He then asked if I wanted any appetizer. Again I asked him what was good. He told me the egg rolls and the crab cream cheese. I selected the crab appetizer. I thought the server was helpful and informative when it came to ordering. He took his time with me and helped me to decide on a dish that I would most likely enjoy. Soon after my order he brought me the appetizer and refilled my water, which was first, brought by the busser. A few minutes after being the appetizer he asked me how I liked my appetizer. He also told me my entrée should be coming shortly. The timing of the food was great. I felt I didn't have to wait very long to have the food brought out to me.

The food was excellent. The crab appetizer was fresh and delicious. There was about five on the plate. I could have eaten a lot more. The spicy prawns were so yummy. There must have been about ten of them on the plate. It also came with brown rice, which I like. Most restaurants don't serve brown rice so this was a treat. The spicy prawns had a salty peppered covering on the prawn which so good. There were also jalapenos sprinkled on the prawns. The prawns were fresh and yummy.
