Little Anthony Jr. stated to his dad, "When are we going to go fishing again? I really liked the way that you caught that big fish last time and then threw it back in the water so it could live." His dad looked at the little, innocent 5-year old boy, with a brilliant thought in his mind, and said, "We will go fishing this Sunday after church, but I'm warning you, It's going to be a little different."

So, That Sunday came around. The family went to church like usual, and then came back to the house. The dad looked at his boy, and said, "Alright, It's time, Let's get going". The little boy, full of joy and excitement, said, "Ok, I will go get the fishing poles and tackle box." His dad knelt down to speak directly to little Anthony, and said, "We aren't going to need those items. We are going to do a different kind of fishing today. There is only one item that we will need." And, he picked up The Holy Bible that was sitting on the coffee table. The little boy, very confused and a little disappointed, decided that he would go along with whatever his father had planned.

So, that day, They had a lot planned...a lot of errands. The first stop was to get gas at the Convenient Mart. Anthony Sr. got out and started the gas pump, and then looked back in the truck and said to his boy, "Com'on, We are going to fish in this gas station", and then grabbed his Bible from the seat.

Little Anthony couldn't help it anymore. He looked at his dad and said, "There are no fish in a gas station." His dad opened the New Living Translation Holy Bible and read Matthew 4:19-20, "Jesus called out to them, "Come, be my disciples, and I will show you how to fish for people!" And they left their nets at once and went with him.

"See, Anthony, I've told you all about Jesus. Well, we are going to listen to his orders and be fisherman of men, to spread the good news about his death for our sins and his resurrection."
