Anti-Aging Foods: What to Eat to Live Longer and Look Your Best



Your body is being constantly attacked by very harmful substances known as free radicals or oxygen radicals. Free radicals can destroy your cells, tissues and organs.

I read recently in a monograph from a major National medical center that consumption of flax seed and flax seed oil "could be" a contributing factor to prostrate cancer. It was stated that The monograph was based on a review of severalrecent studies. your comment please.
