HoMedics is a name that many consumers trust for personal luxury and health products. HoMedics offers quality home health products for reasonable prices. The HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa is one of the HoMedics products designed to provide spa therapy to tired or aching feet. For a retail price around $30, this foot spa is a nice alternative to a weekly foot soak and pedicure.

HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa Facts

The basic features on the HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa are user friendly. There are four basic settings on the front dial: Off, Heat, Massage, and Massage with Heat. I generally prefer the Massage with Heat setting and find that it gives the best results. It is possible to use the HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa as a simple foot soak by selecting the Heat setting only.

The HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa basin features 500 acupressure points to match the relaxation points on each foot. The raised rubber dots are coordinated to the acupressure points and vibrate when set to the massage settings. Included in the box, is a brief product guide, which explains the basic theory of acupressure points on your feet and how they relate to the well-being of different parts of the body. The bottom of the basin has a non-slip surface.

A six foot electrical cord is attached to the HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa. The cord is a fairly long, but it would be wise to measure the distance to an electrical outlet before you filling the basin. Once an appropriate spot is located, within reach of an outlet, the basin can be filled with water and then plugged in.

Does the HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa Work?

The HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa is fairly easy to use. After setting the basin in a stable location, it can be filled with a pitcher of warm water. The water temperature should be more on the hot/warm end rather than warm/lukewarm. Though this is a heated version, it does not heat the water. It heat setting can only maintain a set temperature, not actually warm water.

Takeaways
  • HoMedics is known for quality home health and spa products
  • The massage and heat settings work wonders for tired feet
  • The HoMedics Sole Therapy Foot Spa is a good value
