Looking to Make Yourself an at Home Spa? Here Are Some Tips!

Have you ever wanted to treat yourself to a nice spa day, but never had the time or don't want to waste the money? Then make yourself an At Home Spa day!

- Relaxing Bath

First, start filling your tub with warm water. While it fills, serve yourself some cool lemonade or a glass of iced tea to sip while you relax.

Secondly, add some lotion to the water in the tub. It'll soften your skin.

Thirdly, add some bubbles if you'd like.

Fourth, add some bath salts. Lavender is especially relaxing.

Fifth, Add some flower petals to the water. Rose petals are best.

Sixth, dim the lights in your bathroom and play some soft, calming music while you soak in the tub.

-When finished with the bath, treat yourself to a nice manicure and/or pedicure.

-While your nails and/or toenails dry, meditate in a quite place with the soft music still playing.

-When your nails are dry, do some Yoga.

After a day of your At Home Spa, you should feel more calm and relaxed.
