HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One Printer, Scanner, Copier: I read the reviews on different printers for quite a few months now and decided to break down and buy the HP Photosmart 4480. I was worried that the photo prints would not be good but I was wrong. The
first picture I printed was like getting a professional print.
I bought this printer a few weeks ago and was so impressed that I bought one for my wife. It is so easy to use with good instructions. Just make sure you follow the instructions. One of the main steps is NOT to connect the USB cable until prompted to do so.
It is inexpensive to purchase, but the same with all printers the ink cartridges are expensive.
I have read several reviews in which the paper jammed. I did that too. The deal.... don't push the paper in so far. it is that simple."
"It is just a basic all in one inkjet printer. At times it freezes up.. I use the scanner a lot, the print quality is excellent. However, every 3rd or 4th time I scan something (either scan it to the computer or want to make a copy), it freezes up. This is very frustrating because it happens all the time! I have to unhook the power cord, wait ten seconds, then re-plug it in and wait for it to boot up."
You can do everything with one compact machine, print, scan, and copy print laser-quality text, vivid-color graphics, and lab-quality photos. Make crisp copies in color or black. Get fade-resistant photos and lab-quality shots Make reprints true to the original photo colors with the included HP Photosmart Essential Software Print and copy fast, print a 4 x 6" photo in as little time as 25 seconds Print photos without your PC via the memory card slots and 1.5" color display
I am totally happy with this printer and would say to anyone looking for a decent printer at a reasonable price, consider this one.
