Tuscany has always been a favorite destination for holidays, but nowadays it's agritourism in Tuscany that's fast catching on. Why not try it out for your holidays? You'll experience what all agritourists rightfully claim to be a truly wonderful and special treat!

Most agritourists in Tuscany choose agritourism lodgings in the countryside of Tuscany or in the Tuscan coastal regions. Each has its own uniqueness but you can find agritourism farms or guesthouses in Tuscany that are strategically situated close to both. In fact you can find charming agritourism lodgings that are located in picture perfect Tuscan landscape.

Tourists like to absorb the essence of the way of life of Tuscans by staying at countryside farmhouses for agritourists. As a tourist you wake up to the clear, fresh mornings of Tuscany and instantly feel invigorated by the purity of the unpolluted Tuscan air. There are many things to do at an agritourism farm in Tuscany. You can go for long walks, horse riding, cycling or just drive around and discover the secret wine trails of Tuscany, old Tuscan churches and ancient abbeys. You can also take handicraft, ceramic and cooking classes offered to agritourists.

If you're near the coast then you can really enjoy creating exotic Tuscan seafood dishes. The seafood such as fish, mussels and prawns are caught live from the nearby Tuscan sea and is very fresh. If you often eat your meals from fast food restaurants or cans, then during your agritourism holiday you have the chance to sit down and enjoy the Tuscan gourmet meals. You'll savor food made from fresh farm products such as cheese, breads, mushrooms, meats etc. It is different from the stuff you buy from grocery stores or supermarkets as it is homemade and freshly made.

Tuscany is a lovely place to visit and I agree with you; it has a rich culture and delicious food and also the best ice-cream Florence and Siena are the highlight of art pieces in Tuscany but I adore many other places there too like Pisa, Volterra and many others.
