This is my top ten bands I have ever heard. A collection of bands from long ago such as the even 1980s to now. These are the best bands and artists I have ever heard. Each band will have a description, an album or two, and why they are great. I listen to almost every genre of music for classical to rap to country. I am not biased; however, I love all music and these are just opinions. Also these are not in any order, so I will not number them.

Jimmy Buffet: Yes, he is some what country, but he is not a hick like other generic musicians of this genre. His sound has changed over the years and he is not a country artist mainly but has some songs. He always changes his style. Jimmy Buffet has done rock songs, country songs, and even reggae songs. In my view he can be enjoyed by any one if they are listening to the right song. Also he even has written a few great books. Some good albums are "Living and Dying in Half the Time and "Songs You Know by Heart, my favorite album by him.

The Mighty Mighty Bosstones: If I only could listen to one band in my life time these boys would be it. They were a genre busting, screaming, dancing, and rocking band who love just having fun. They have over seven albums and are no longer together, sadly. They were a band from Boston that combined metal and ska which turned out great for there career. They were a ska-core band who has several great albums, three of which are "Let's Face It" ,"A Jackknife to a Swanï" and "Live from the Middle East".

Unwritten Law: This band has had several hits such as "Superman", "Save Me", and "Rest of My Life". They are a power-pop band from southern California. One of my favorite performances by them is the Sublime Tribute to them which is on Comcast's On-Demand; I love this performance because of the seamless transition from "Saw Red to "Save Me", which are both amazing songs. The three albums I say any music lover should buy are "Elva", "Here's to the Mourning" and "Music In High Places".

This article will be concluded in part two and three with the remaining seven bands of my choice.
