These issues include macro-micro distinctions, reflections, as well as intertextual echoes in Romans, influence of the Torah, issues of Paul, Paul and women and explanation of the government authorities discussed in Romans 13:1-7. Several smaller themes discuss Abraham/Adam and Christ, baptism, law and sin, who governing authorities are, and what the women's role should be in the church, just to name a few.
