Sylvester Stallone is known most for his movie characters, Rocky Balboa and Rambo. Recently, Sylvester Stallone went to Australia to promote his movies, "Rocky Balboa". It is reported that Sylvester Stallone and his entourage had prohibited imports in the luggage. Sylvester Stallone and his party were retained at the Sydney Airport while the luggage was examined.

Australian national investigational manager for custom services is Richard Janeczko. Richard Janeczko would not tell the media who in Sylvester Stallone's party had violated custom regulations. Nor would Richard Janeczko disclose to the media what prohibited imports were in the luggage. An air of mystery hangs over the incident since Richard Janeczko would not give any information to the media. After being released from customs and questioned about the incident, Sylvester Stallone also declined any comment. It is not known to the public at this time what items were prohibited to cause the custom search and detainment.

Sylvester Stallone was involved in a forceps accident at birth which caused a severed facial nerve. The result of the accident caused Sylvester Stallone to have slurred speech, a drooping lower lip and a crooked eye. As a young boy, Sylvester Stallone was teased by other children because of the facial nerve damage and his first name. Being faced with questions is not something that is unfamiliar to Sylvester Stallone. Having the media question further about the custom's incident did not phase the Sylvester Stallone or result in him disclosing any information about the situation.

Hmm I wonder what Sly was trying to smuggle in? Lol. Anyway great article Joyce and sorry to see that you've had some surf-by rating droppers.

Thank you all for the comments. I thought it would be more interesting to tell a little bit about Stallone instead of just reporting that he'd been detained.

Customs is so strict that it is hard to speculate what it might have been. I have never been a Sylvester Stallone fan - I hate violence for the sake of film revenues... but I did not know about his trouble at birth. I think this made him more real to me. Thanks for a great article.

will you follow up on this? I am curious to know what it was. They are strict sometimes it can be something as stupid as an apple, ya never know now a days.

Thanks for writing this. It irks me that celebs think they can get away with anything because of their status.
