Queen, Queen, King, King - Whenever you have two kings and two queens, it is called the Mommas and Poppas. This is a reference to the band, which consisted of two males and two females.

2, 2, 2 - Whenever you have trip 2's, you have a hand that's called Huey, Dewey, and Louie, in reference to Donald Ducks nephews. This nickname was created for this hand because the number two looks like ducks. (When you have a starting hand of 2-2, your hand is called 'Sitting Ducks'.
Unbeatable Hand - When you have a hand that is impossible to be beaten, you are considered to have the 'nuts'. The terminology came from when in the colonial days and gambling occurred, a man would bet his wagon nuts because he knew that there was no way he could be beaten.
Paint - Whenever you make a reference to a card that is a face card, you are referring to a paint card. This is because a face card is smothered with color while a number card is filled with color.
