Have you ever thought about making your own brew or maybe wine. Well, I have made my own home made wine before and it is a very scientific art. And, here is how to make it in the eight, easiest steps and a way to make it fast and easy.

First, of all go the supermarket and get the ingredients. You, will need: ten frozen cans of frozen grape hundred percent juice, two regular size sacks of pure cane sugar, and of course the yeast. Try to get a very light yeast like the one used in baking white breads.

Second, look up on line and buy you a two hundred dollar oak barrel for the aging. Just look online and you will get a very good deal and be sure all the tools come with it. The vendor of the barrels usually tell you everything you need for the barrel.

Third, take the frozen grape juice and start diluted it with little water and just keep on mixing in small half gallon pitcher, with lots of sugar and, keep on mixing till all the sugar and juice is all gone.

Fourth, make sure you make the mixture as concentrated as possible because, that will make the wine around twelve percent alcohol. Tip, try to not use as much water in mixture.

Fifth, the remaining sugar just add it into barrel to get a good fermentation.

Sixth, take one teaspoon of yeast for every two gallons and before adding the yeast to the mixture of liquid, take the yeast and mix with little hot water to dilute the yeast. Then add to mixture of grape juice and start mixing very slowly for about ten minutes.

Seventh, close the lid on the barrel and, here where it gets tricky, on the top of the barrel there should be a small pipe sticking out, and that is for the wine to breathe. So, take a ballon and seal it tight around the pipe.
