How to lose weight is one of the biggest questions in this complex U.S. society. But, I have a solution and it really works. I tried it and lost almost a hundred pounds, now its your turn to lose the same amount of pounds. I call it the "noodle" diet and here are the steps in order.1. Think about what you eat in a daily week and what you like to eat, believe me its not easy but someone has to do it.
2.Eliminate all the burgers, fries, sodas, fried food, and make water your new best friend.
3.Now its time to do grocery shopping and on your list it includes: ramen noodles, tuna, fruits, crackers, vegetables, bread, fritos and turkey ham.
4.Now go home and sleep and the diet starts tomorrow. Make sure you get a good night's sleep.
5.Now in the morning do not eat nothing, because its one less meal to gain. Now wait until lunch at twelve and supper at six.
6.When having your first serving at lunch make sure it contains of one serving of food, start off with the noodles, and fritos sprinkled on top of soup, now that is good eating, its so delicious, just make sure the noodles are well cooked. And, top it off with a large glass of water. And, make sure you drink water all day to have healthy blood.
7. Now, its supper and you will have same thing as number six, expect this time put some drained tuna in soup, and finish off super with apple, and of course the water.
8.Now in between all of this diet torture you will have strong cravings, you can eat a few crackers and that will be okay, but try to fight the cravings, which last only like five weeks and then you get adjusted, to your new life style.
9.And, try to eat a lot of vegetables, and turkey sandwhiches, to keep your body with vitamins, with these meals in portions.
10.Now do this for a while and you will see results. And, one of the reasons is because the noodles contain nothing but carbs, which you can burn easily with a lot of exercising.
