How Sims Online Changed My Life

Playing Sims Online greatly changed my life. My previous experience playing online multi-player games was limited to a non-graphic game that was MUDD style. It was not until Sims Online that I would be involved in a multi-player game that would change my life.

The first few hours that I played Sims Online, I was completely lost. Several people were nice and helped me learn how to play the game. I learned how to skill, make money, build and buy a Sim house. I even learned where the Sims Online message forum was for players. I really enjoyed the graphics and interactions that Sims Online.

Sims Online offered me an opportunity to meet new people from all over the world. There is an instant message system within the game. Also, after playing Sims Online for several months, I signed up for Yahoo Messenger so that I could talk to friends even when we were not playing Sims Online.

Sims Online became so fun that I even encouraged my husband to join me in the game. We set up a Sim house together in the game and both really enjoyed the game. We even made many of the same online friends. But after a while, I started to notice a trend. There were women in Sims Online game that lived very fantasy lives about becoming romantically involved with other online players. One woman lived over a thousand miles from us. She was good friends with both my husband and me. Much to my surprise, she later tried to become romantically involved with my husband. She knew that he was married. When I spoke to her about it, she told me that she had fallen deeply in love with my husband through Sims Online and chatting online. Her fantasy was to one day have him leave me and join her in another state.

Sims Online also offered me financial opportunity. In the game, people decorate their roofs with pictures. I learned a mosaic program and how to edit graphics. Then I figured out how to put roofs on the houses in Sims Online. The players paid me with Sims Online game money. This money, I was able to save in the game and then re-sell on eBay for a profit in real money. I also wrote a tutorial on how to make the roofs in Sims Online and have sold copies of that eBook for profit.
