While interested in having more space than my current home could provide, I sought the help of Twin Cities local real estate agent, Jeff Rusterholtz, to assist. Jeff was very friendly, professional and really knew his stuff. We looked at several houses in both Minneapolis and St Paul. Jeff was able to answer all the questions I had which included both the unexpected like "what is that rectangular hole in the basement wall?" to the more usual "how far to the nearest high school?"I was particular impressed with Jeff's authenticity and willingness to continue showing me places until I found the one just right for me.
If we viewed a house that Jeff felt wasn't suitable, he didn't hesitate to say so. Also, he would explain important things that I may not have considered, such as what aspects of financing one need to be concerned about, such as student loans.
