How to Stay Healthy
Well for starters wash your hands, every time you go to the restroom, change trash bags, clean anything, change diapers, after handling pets, after shaking hands with someone, before and after preparing foods, or eating.
When you wash your hands you need to use warm water and soap. Lather your hands up well, and then rinse your hands. Then dry with a clean dry towel. Using paper towels are even better, because you can throw these away which is a good idea if anyone has been sick.
Also by having paper towels to dry hands on in your bathroom and kitchen you make it easier for your guests. If you have children or frequent visitors the use of paper towels will help you to keep from having your regular towels used over and over by many people.
The more people that use the same towel the more likely someone will spread germs sooner or later causing someone else to get sick.
Keeping your home clean will also help you to stay healthy, a clean bathroom and kitchen not only looks nice but can keep you from becoming very sick.
Every time someone takes a bath or shower the bathtub does need to be completely cleaned.
There are many household cleansers that make this easy. The spray Lysol foaming bubbles bathroom cleaner works really well, but so does the store brand. These are designed to kill germs.
Also at least once a week completely sterilize your bathroom you may have to do this more often if you have many people using your bathroom.
This will keep your exposure to many germs down. Especially germs that can cause you to get sick also do not use the same towel for more than one person. If you have to use the same towel more than once then you need to put your wet towel someplace to dry well. If you can hang your towel outside in the sun that is always a good idea, the sun kills germs and the air will air out our towel keeping it from getting stale.
