Sylvester Stallone and Friends Busted for Having Illegal Drugs

Sylvester Stallone is having one of those years in which his star is starting to shine bright once again. The actor has spent the last decade making mostly small budget films that did not generate enough buzz to become a true success. This year has marked a

major change in that method of thinking. Stallone decided to launch two sequels to two movies that helped him become a world renown star. Rocky Balboa was a considered a hit because of the profits it made. He is now currently promoting the film overseas while filming the sequel to Rambo at the same time. One of his trips overseas to promote Rocky though did not go as well as planned.

The plans were for Stallone to visit Australia. He was visiting the country to promote the newest Rocky movie in his Rocky franchise. In case you have lived under a rock your entire life, movies that usually premiere over here end up being released overseas on later dates. He did not make the premiere on time though. Stallone and his entourage ended up spending several hours on Friday and Monday being searched by local authorities. They were being searched because one of the people searching them discovered and seized "banned substances" on some members of the entourage with Stallone.

Authorities confiscated the substances from the members. They then held Stallone and his friends under close surveillance as their hotel room and plane were searched. Matters were believed to be settled when Stallone was getting ready to exit the country. On his way to his plane, he was stopped on the tarmac at the airport. Authorities decided to not keep Stallone any longer and allowed him to finally leave. There is no word on why they stopped him for a second time on Monday.

Although this is old, the "drugs" weren't steroids, well not illegal ones here anyway. It was testosterone, which is illegal over there, but perfectly legal in the U.S. It wasn't the kind that say Schwarzenegger used.

Man Australia is too strict. Now other stars are gonna be too afraid to visit Australia. I hope the drugs don't turn out to be roids but just vitamins or something and Aussie customs and cops will have to apologize.
