I Failed My Driving Test

When every single person on this earth turns the ripe old age of 16, they have one thing on their mind: getting their drivers license. When that day rolled around, you bet I was worried about my license. I was 0 for 2 with the questions part of my exam quiz. I failed the first time by one question and the second time I bombed it. My score was so bad the second time I don't even remember how many I got right or wrong. The reality is I know I flat out failed it. Now the second part of the challenge was getting my actual license. Round one happened at the Dublin location of the Drivers Center.

The first time, everybody always gets the scary guy. As soon as the test started, I was frozen solid so that I didn't make a mistake. Parallel parking, the part I had most trouble with was the first part of the test. I begun the parallel parking process and I backed my car in with the knowledge that you are allowed three reverses. The point came to where I used all three reverses and I was in trouble. I eventually got my car into the parking space but wouldn't ya know I was too far out from the curb according to the guy in the blue shirt with the instructor tag so he failed me. After that, my head was hung low in disappointment that I failed. The second try of the test at Huntington Valley didn't even get off the ground because the parking lights on my mom's car weren't working so because of that I wasn't allowed to continue the experience with faulty lights. The third try brought me back to Dublin, where I had failed the first time.

Yeah I failed my first test last Saturday. I had practised that moring doing the maneuverability part (which is required in Ohio and is twice as hard as a parallel park) I had done excellent at practise but during the test I slightly bumped one of the sticks poking out of the cone on my right and failed just like that. I didn't even get to go on to the road portion like I was supposed to be allowed to. I was angry to say the least. Now I have to beg ride home from college until my next driving appointment. And to make it even worse I bought a Mustang a month ago that is sitting in my garage until I get my license. It is so frustrating but I have faith that I will pass next time.

the guy failed me for making a three point turn with hand brake on.i dont have the hand brake in my car..so in real i dont need to use it as well..hand brake..just a handbrake..im so pissed..it was my first time

I messed up really bad today on my driving test. I ran a stop sign. The crappy thing is that it's a small town and they dont keep up with their road maintenance, and the sign was hidden behind a tree branch and it was horribly faded in color. It was bullcrap! The stop sign on the very next street was HUGE and bright red so it took my attention better than the stop sign I ran. I can't believe I had to wait a week, miss work and everything because I live in another city, and college starts this Monday. I have way too much stress. Plus the instructor was texting on her phone the entire time. WTF! She also said I was too aggressive with the gas pedal. I think she sucks... But I did make a horrible mistake, but in all fairness, I think the city should seriously take care of its road maintenance.

WOW. I passed the driving portion of my license without a hitch and with no points taken off, but today when i took the written test, i was ONE QUESTION away from failing. I've read the ENTIRE manual twice in the last week and studied my but off, but apparently that didn't really help. I have no idea what i missed either, and i feel really embarrassed because I'm a straight-A student. My dad was giving me a really hard time about missing so many questions, and I was starting to think i must be a horrible driver. At least now I see it was hard for some other people too!

I failed for the second time today. The first time, it wasnt my fault, but I had a bitchy lady. She really made me nervous. This time I was ok, but I was scared since I took it at a different place and didn't know that a right turn was really sharp...like it was almost a circle! no lie. so yeah I lost control and stop turning because I got sooooo nervous. Then I went on the other side. The guy failed me right there. After yelling at me. I'm depressed once again. Most things in my life are down on me. And I can't even pass this. I'm such a failure. What bothers me most is that I know I'm a good driver- I'm even better than my friend who has her license. I just, idk :'((((((

Okay so I came looking on the internet for stories of people failing their tests so that I would feel better. Today I went for my G2 test.. and I was TOTALLY 100% ready. I get in the car with the lady, all nervous, as is everyone.. I'm pulling out of the parking lot and someone pulls out in front of me.. the lady SLAMS the brakes on, and im like :l i just totally failed didnt i.. shes like.. do you want to continue for practice or go back now.. and i burst out crying. i feel like a REAL big loser right now cause ALL my friends got theirs on their first try.. but on the plus side.. i didnt tell anyone i was going for it.. so really, no one knows i failed ! But im still embarassed as HELL that my driving instructor had to drive me home while i was sitting next to him sobbing the whole 20 minute drive. ohhhh boy.

Hey guys,,, Its so relieving to read these comments well i failed my first test yesterday and was shattered,well i do i had my own faults like wide right turns and sharp left turn but i felt the examiner was making me nervous...my husband says it happens...just to practice the next time over.. wish all of u all the best ,i am scheduling my second soon hope to clear it with flying colours;-)

i took my test the other day and failed ;( and when i was standing next to my car i wasnt so nervous but then i started seeing the woman walk up i started to freeze when i saw her in the place talkin to pplz she seemed nice but then she got uptight and made me nervous her voice even changed i thought that was funny i had practiced parallel parkin i was doin good but then during the test i forgot every thing i learned i failed that part and then later on had to reach 20 MPH b4 hittin the stop sign and was to nervous to do that either only hit about 15-17 and she kept sayin i was hittin yellow double lines then i was over and she told me that i need practice and was criticizing me like crazy lol i wanted to cry so i felt down the rest of the day. so i guess ill pass next time, thats nerves for u!

**continuation** I got out of the car & start bawling & on the way home I looked at the sheet & saw she took 50 POINTS off for that ONE TURN!!! I was so upset but I'm ok now & I'm taking my road test again July 30th. I don't understand why they have to make road tests so nerve racking and why the people have to be so cold.

I just took my driving test today & failed because of a turn!!! I didn't get a chance to park or make a k-turn!! The speed limit was 30 & I was going 20 & the whole time the woman (who was mean and made me so nervous) kept saying, "whoa! slow down!" & talking to me like I was a little kid. She kept having me make one turn after another onto narrow streets with cars parked on both sides of the road. On one turn I went a little too fast (25 mph or even slower) & swerved a little & then she got pissed. She had me make one final turn & go down a street were she told me to pull over by my parents (where I began the test). I was really confused about what was going on & she just said, "we'll be seeing you again." Then she started critiquing me about my acceleration & turning. I finally asked her if I passed or failed & she repeated "we'll be seeing you again" & told me I failed. I got out of the car & start bawling & on the way home I looked at the sheet & saw she took 50 POINTS off for that

Hey, I failed my driver's liscense for the first time. I got the scariest dude ever. He looked like the fucking DMV Road test examiner terminator or someshit. He had like..black glasses (which he always wear) and like..mailman shorts..and a mullet lol..I failed because I was all the way to the right side of the road cuz i was scared of hitting the parked cars. After I failed, I practiced like crazy driving making sure to stay on the right side. I took my test a month later (a few days ago) and I passed! The key is to just practice the correct way i guess, whatever your bad at..keep practicing at it. I went to the test site and i ALMOST got the terminator again but luckily I got a nicer woman. I'm very pleased I passed. Don't worry, you all will eventually get your liscense. Just keep practicing I guess. I also kind of cheated because I went to the test site and practiced there a few times before my test date.

hah right they think they can get away with wasting over a grand of my money fuckem, thats supreme crap im driving no matter wtf they have to say im more than ready to bite there heads off anyway. im driving a automobile to get to work. =which is for the machine= and yea I'd even talk to an officer and sue some people or develop a new driving system for new drivers.

i say fuck it, you spend how much for lessons How MUCH just to take your exam40$, than theres the what 100$ fee just so you can get the licences, a fucking crock o bullshit nothing more I failed today. on alot of things absolutey ridiculous reasons fuck the machine. just scams you till your a bloodsucking peice of shit. I'm really annoyed Everyone whos failed and is just simply tired to pay more money to be criticezed for your own knowledge on sillyness Just take a N sign or w/e IF you can drive with freedom and only feel anxiety with examiner. just get a car and drive youll be fine.
