Aries is known for passion, enthusiasm, and the ability to try anything at least once. Those with an Aries sun sign or an Aries rising are the self-starters of the zodiac. They can get just about anything started and as long as the project is interesting and stays exciting, they can finish quickly. In relationships, Aries tends to be very demanding. They like constant stimulation and activity, yet they need a certain amount of independence. Sexually, they are very passionate and creative and they know how to turn on the charm with little effort. They don't understand when you don't follow their advice and if they have a dead-set opinion about something, nothing will change their mind. It's your fault if you just don't get how smart they are. When your plans go awry, you'll listen next time. This is the attitude of an Aries.

Aries does not match well with every sign. Here are a few signs that it is better to avoid when choosing a new partner:

Cancer and Pisces just don't quite understand Aries' blunt demeanor. Without intending to, Aries will give opinions and advice which come off as overbearing and mean. Cancer will tend to withdraw and Pisces will be moody and hurt. This leaves the Aries scratching his or her head, wondering what went wrong. Unfortunately, Aries may react by accusing Cancer and Pisces of being too sensitive and emotional, which will further alienate their partner. Cancer may try to accommodate the Aries at times, suffering inwardly. Pisces, if pushed too far, might just decide the relationship isn't worth it and disappear altogether.
