Ego Trips The White Rapper show has been a show on VH-1 show I have enjoyed lately. Mostly because I write rhymes myself for awhile, then lose motivation, then start back again. Watching this show has taught me a few things about the hip hop game, and at the same time motivated me.

The reason this show has motivated me is because of the people that were selected to be on the show. I can rap better than most of them. And a lot of them can't rap, I mean they can a little, but it's just whack.

First you had Dasit. A white guy with a gimmick, a look of "I just left the office." I'm not against gimmicks, hell, mine is a whitey-fro. But what I am against is people that don't have their own rhyme style. Dasit was a poor mans Eminem, he copped his flow, a low-class Eminem rip-off. And then when it came to elimination he didn't rap. MC's rhyme, that's what they do. Dasit is no MC.

Even though for some strange reason I would have sex with G-Child she can't rap either. She idolizes Vanilla Ice, while that isn't a bad thing, her rhymes suck as well. She uses a Rhyming Dictionary. What real MC is going to use a Rhyming Dictionary?

100 Proof had a gimmick, but Mother Goose rhymes.

Jon Boy, I actually liked. His rhymes were good. I thought he would be the more down to earth rapper, trying to win the contest. And he was until he got full of himself and was eventually eliminated.

Sully I never cared for. Sure, his rhymes were decent. But a little bragadocious when he had nothing to brag about.

That British chick, Misfit Dior, while attractive, has no skills whatsoever. And I don't dig white girls who dig black guys. Least I'm honest.

Really, this show didn't choose people that had skills, they just picked characters, caricatures of a white rapper.

The fat girl Persia isn't even white. Her name is Persia, which denotes something not white. Looks more Middle-Eastern or Latin to me than white. While having skills, she must have ADD as well, since she forgets her rhymes all the time.

John Brown has a business plan, and isn't too bad. Nothing special, but better than most on the show.

Shamrock is weird looking. Can write raps, but can't freestyle. And an MC freestyles.

Ugh, that show was interesting, but yeah- very low rating on the talent scale.
