Beginners Guide to Snowy: Lunch Rush

The story of Snow: Lunch Rush begins with Snowy walking alone. He feels that bear town has become repetitive and boring but that all changes when he sees a flier. He reads that there will be a restaurant contest soon and Snowy decides to open his own eatery and enter the contest. Snowy finds a run down building and calls his friend Browny to be his chef. Browny agrees but not before criticizing the look of Snowy's restaurant.

Graphics

The first thing to notice about Snowy: Lunch Rush is the graphics. Everything is huge and easy to see including the customers. While Diner Dash is and has always been a favorite game of mine, Snowy: Lunch Rush definitely beats it when it comes to the graphics. Everything is very big and easy to see and is great for someone who might not be able to clearly see regular computer games. You will clearly be able to see the expressions of your customers and they will not hesitate to let you know if they are annoyed or just plain angry. You also get great animations of Browny the chef making the orders and more animations allow you to clearly see your customer pick up their knife and fork to eat their food.

Upgrades

The only thing that I disliked about Snowy: Lunch Rush was the upgrades. In most of these types of games, you are given a choice but in Lunch Rush you just have to pass certain levels and things automatically upgrade. At first the restaurant is old and dirty looking with rips and worn wallpaper and dingy floors. Pretty soon everything upgrades and you have a clean and beautiful restaurant.

Drive Thru

If you live in places like Florida it quickly becomes apparent that just about every place has a drive thru window. This feature has been lacking in every game of this genre until now. Snowy: Lunch Rush has a window which later becomes a drive-thru. You have to quickly serve your customers in cars while at the same time you are trying to keep your inside customers fed and happy.
