How to Fake Being Popular on MySpace

Anybody on MySpace, Friendster, Facebook or anything other popular social networking site can tell you that social networking is all about the friends. Why else do you think that MySpace users spend so much time updating their MySpace layouts, commenting other profiles with MySpace glitters and sending out MySpace bulletin after bulletin asking friends to "Comment my pics!" Without your MySpace friends, your MySpace profile is nothing more than a lame web page.

The premise of Fake Your Space is that when people see that you have a MySpace hottie/model leaving you MySpace comments on a regular basis, that this will boost your popularity with um, real MySpace users. They also claim their service works wonders if you're trying to make your ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend jealous.

Fake Your Space is set to re-launch on March 1, 2007. Since I missed the original launch of this site, I couldn't tell you for sure if this service would actually work the way they claim it would. But if it sounds like something you might want to do, I have a better suggestion - save your 99 cents and create your own fake MySpace profile using my step-by-step tutorial.
