Death eventually grabs us all,As we travel the forbidden path.
Excluding none so deserving,
Shattering lives with its wrath.
Death tracks down the weary,
The ignorant, the blind.
It worms its way around the lucky cheaters,
Because it's you that it must find.
Arriving on a rainy night or sunny morn,
To the one in black it matters not.
The timing is always bad,
Your destiny it has fought.
There is a fine line between alive and dead,
Breathe out...breathe in.
And when that final moment arrives,
You will lose and the Reaper will win.
The rotten truth takes over quick,
Your dead space is moved around.
You are shuffled amongst the fertile earth,
Your exit is without sound.
So when your time is near at hand,
When everything fades to black.
Enjoy the rush...meet it eye to eye,
Because you are never coming back.
