We all want to have beautiful nails. Most people go and get their nails done. I don't really want to spend an extra $70.00 a month to get my nails done. You can actually buy the same type of kit from the grocery store which gives the same effects for a fraction of that cost. If you want to grow out your existing nails, you can make them grow faster by drinking more milk and using calium polish to strengthen your nails. This also helps for people who bite their nails or have thin nails to begin with. If you are a nail biter, you can buy a polish you put on your nails which takes horrible and it helps to keep your fingers out of your mouth.

You can also buy a spa type of sea salt which will make your cuticles and hands very soft. Feeling better about your hands may encourage you to stop biting your nails. You can also buy a file brush with different textures on each side. By buffing your nails it helps them become thicker and stronger. You can buy these buffer pads online or at your local mall. These buffers also make your nails get shiny for about 2 weeks.

In order to get your nails thicker, trim them on a regular basis. This will get them to come in more thick. I would recommend going to store and looking through different polishes you can use to get your nails the way you want them. Avoid using nail polish remover when you can because it really dries out your cuticles. You also want to push the cuticles back and trim the excess to avoid hang nails. What good are perfect nails with hang nails all over. You need to use lotion and buffers to get the affect that you want. You can also use what looks like a nail drill only it contains different extrentions that buffer your nails for you. I would also suggest buying a dryer for your nails. There's nothing worse than getting nail polish all over the couch, sink or floor.
