Antonella Barba Will Not Be Disqualified from American Idol for Racy Photos

American Idol contestant Antonella Barba is making waves on the Internet, and they're not sound waves.
Antonella Barba is at the top of the Technorati.com popular list because of racy and pornographic photos that have been leaked. There is obviously more to Antonella Barba than the good-girl image she portrays for
American Idol.
Antonella Barba, 20, is from Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Antonella Barba is a student, and according to her American Idol profile, she will return to school if she does not make it on American Idol.
According to her biography on American Idol, she prays before each performance, her idol is Walt Disney, and if she wins Idol she will first thank God.
The recently available photos were thought to have been leaked by a former boyfriend of Antonella Barba, or by a former "BFF," that's best friend forever.
The photos in question are of Antonella Barba in partial states of undress, and in others she is suggestively wearing a see-through and sometimes wet white bodysuit.
There are also some other more hardcore photos circulating, supposedly of Antonella Barba performing fellatio. Friends and family members are reportedly saying the photos are not of Antonella Barba.
Apparently, Fox is not too concerned about any of the photos.
Fox official, Producer Nigel Lythgoe, said on Inside Edition that Antonella Barba will not be disqualified.
"It won't affect anything, Antonella is about her looks and her talent and that's the only thing that will affect her journey on American Idol," Lythgoe said on Tuesday's Inside Edition.
No official word from the camp of Antonella Barba, whose My Space profile is mysteriously sparse except for one photo and invitation to watch her on Fox's American Idol.
Some people are incredibly offended because these suggestive photos were taken at the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. People are commenting on LiveJournal and elsewhere that taking partially nude photos at this location is disrespectful.
"I didn't care before, but this is just crass and disrespectful," one LJ visitor said.
