Mexican Torta. But, today I will tell you how to make a Mexican Ham Torta, and its really not that hard, to make.
How To Make a Mexican Ham Torta #1
First, you will need to do some shopping and these are the items you will need: Bolillo (Mexican Bread), McCormick Mexican mayonnaise, avocados, good quality ham, canned jalapeno peppers (La Costena can), ripe tomatoes, and some sodas. Because, Mexican food is eaten better with sodas, than water. And, all of these products are cheap, and can be found in your neighborhood Wal-Mart, "thank God for Wal-Mart."

Second, go home and start cutting up the avocados and the tomatoes, be sure to please cut them up very thin, because the bread is thick and you don't want to end up chocking. But, remember to wash your vegetables for health reasons too.

Third, take the Bolillo (Mexican Bread), and with a medium-sharp knife, cut it down the middle, like a hotdog is cut, not all the way. Okay, so now you have the Bolillo (Mexican Bread) cut, so take a dull knife, or spoon and spread the McCormick mayonnaise on sides of Bolillo, and be sure to spread plenty because, this mayonnaise is lemon flavor, and it is really good.

Fourth, take some Costena canned jalapenos and slice them very small. And, now you are ready to add the ham, avocado, and tomatoes, to the Bolillo (Mexican Bread), and the order does not matter. Just, be creative with it.
