Benjamin Gregory probably has a sweet side. His ex-girlfriend Michelle Dragicevich could have probably provided a few examples, had he not sent her a kitten head.

It all started back in 2003 when Dragicevich was introduced to Gregory through a mutual friend. It can be said that it was love at first sight, as the woman continued to see him- through a glass window. Gregory was sent
to the state prison after being convicted for the distribution of Ecstasy. Love was in the air.

After being paroled in the summer of 2005, Dragicevich invited Gregory to move into her apartment. Gregory soon returned the gesture by attempting to suffocate her. She then filed a protection-from-abuse complaint against him.

Gregory was later arrested and sent back to prison for a command performance. To kill time, he'd make harassing phone calls to her home. Eventually Dragicevich had to step in and ask that jail officials block his calls. Gregory would have to wait until his December 17th release to continue his efforts for love.

Dragicevich had to step up her game. She filed another protection order on January 4th. Feeling the security of her actions, she abandoned her home for several days and stayed with her mother. In her absence, Gregory stopped by for a game of 52 pick-up with photos of the once-happy couple. The photos, discovered by Dragicevich upon her return home on January 7th, were strewn all about the house; her face was burned or smudged out.

The fun was just beginning and the ball was in the Dragicevich's court. After filing a civil case against Gregory and winning a $1,300 judgment, he congratulated her by leaving another message on her machine- "I'll battle you."

It can be assume he was not referring to a hip-hop style battle.

Everything came to a head on a January 28th when Dragicevich opened up the unexpected little package, complete with red bow, arrived on her doorstep. Inside was the cranium of a kitten and a handwritten Hallmark-worthy note- "I love u, your Ben."

"I sat on the end of the bed and just cried," she said at the hearing.

I cannot beleive the level people stoop to.
Reduced animal cruelty? If the cat was dead, how was it animal cruelty? Hmm. I love your writing style, great article.
The law is so good.
Whoa. He should have been doing some of that E he was selling. It might have settled him down a little. He didn't even have the balls to cut off a live kitten's head either. Crazy folks are getting fat and lazy too I guess.
I love your articles. :)
Oh my this guy needs some serious help! What a pig that's all I can say, people like this need locked up forever for the safety of society.
