This is not directed toward most members of dating sites. It's geared towards the likes of people who have been hurt time and time again by bad relationships, those with low self-esteem and the disabled, like myself, among others. I'm talking about those who badly want an honest, loving relationship.

Here is the usual scenario on most dating sites. You sign-up as a free members and as which you can only send flirts and some site allow you the ability to receive and/or send one message over their site. After that, you need to buy a paid membership in order to send and receive further messages from that person.

Every time I sign-up with a new site, this occurs: within a few days (sometimes one) of signing up as a free member, I get two or three messages from these beautiful or model-beautiful women saying that they saw my profile and are very interested in getting to know me better. (By the way, did I mention that my profile isn't filled in with a photo for weeks after joining because I'm lazy?) So, what in the blue hell are these women basing their interests on? Right there, I know these are fake women, not women interested in me. First, REALLY hot women do NOT need to use online dating sites. Second, my profile's blank! Third, women do not jump on the first guy they know nothing about!

What I think is happening is that the dating sites setup fake accounts nearby the new members' locations so that they can make new members actually think they can meet hot women on their site. After the hot person's first message, in order to start communicating with them, the new "excited" member, who thinks they're going to score a super model, has to register and pay for a paid premium membership for $39.99 per month or what have you. A million to one, I bet the model never responds and the excited member's hope and anticipation explode.

It can work but I bet the success rate is less than .5%. I think fate is the better way to go.

Sounds like you have the dating sites figured out. I can't help but wonder about those ads you see on TV where they emailed, talked, fell in love, then actually met and now married.

Very informative article. I wasn't aware of all the scamming that goes on. Mostly I just get emails telling me how to enlarge my penis. That might be useful if I had one. LOL!

LOL I get the notes from FEMALES saying they read my profile and think I'm hot and I didn't even sign up for one of those sites, and if I was I wouldn't want females to write me
