Gary C King has been widely considered among the top true crime writers for over 25 years. Raised in the Pacific Northwest he held many different jobs, from janitor to bartender, to government employee. He is famous as a writer and lecturer with over 400 articles published in such magazines as True Detective, Official Detective, Inside Detective, Front Page Detective, and Master Detective.

He came to my attention because I have read several of his true crime books. His books include Angels of Death, Murder in Hollywood, The Texas 7, Blood Lust (my personal favorite), Im Schatten (German Translation of Blood Lust), An Early Grave, Savage Vengeance (with Don Lasseter) Web of Deceit, Blind Rage, and Driven to Kill.

His latest book "Stolen in the Night" is the true story of a family's murder, a kidnapping and the child who survived. You can buy this book on both Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com right now.

Mr. King's television appearances include Entertainment Tonight, Larry King Live, Inside Edition, Court TV, MSNBC's "Headliners and Legends," E!, British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), and numerous Radio programs. He is also an active member of the Authors Guild, Mystery Writers of America, American Crime Writers League, Society of Professional Journalists, International Association of Crime Writers, and the National Press Club

Mr. King has been gracious enough to give an interview, exclusive to the readers of Associatedcontent.com.

RI- Your newest book, Stolen in the Night was just published, how long did it take to research it, then write it?
