I'm back to express my opinion. I hate blood transfusions, needles for blood tests, colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and other fun things. At least they keep me around to bore a lot of people.

Let me start on the trial of Mr. Libby, prosecuting by someone on a real power trip. Is it true that someone admitted earlier they outed Valerie Plame and didn't even get a slap on the wrist - just told to keep it from Libby so he prosecute him. Is this fair? Is this justice? Is this the error of miscarriages of justice? Is this legal to hold back information as in the Fitzgerald case and the Mike Nifong case? Is this prosecutorial misconduct? Is this Mr. Gonzales's way of doing business?

Is prosecution of border agents doing their jobs the new, fun thing? Two are in jail for ten to twelve years for stopping a drug dealer who'd previously made many trips to bring more drugs in. Another border agent was cleared on appeal, but during his prosecution, lost his home, his family, and his job. The Gonzales inJustice department did what it thought was a good job. Oh, by the way... the drug dealer was paid thousands by our government. He now has a nice ranch in Mexico. Should he ever need any working capital, I'm sure he will take a little trip across the border with a few drugs to be sold for profit.

Note - there are a lot of 'is's' in this article. I was hoping that a few of these individuals being prosecuted could use Clinton's reasoning and change the charges by using Clinton's new dictionary meaning of the word 'is', or they could use Mrs. Clinton's "I don't remember", "I can't recall"!

Gonzales's Department of inJustice slapped the hand of Pockets Berger... no jail time for an act of espionage - was supposed to take a lie detector test, but here it is, almost two years later - still hasn't taken it! Why not? We will never know which documents he destroyed.

Who is in Whose Pocket?

Just waiting for Pockets Berger
