I had to move to las Vegas and change schools, because some of the teachers discovered i was GAY. They did not respect my desires and decisions. I am proud to say I am now living with my boyfriend, and we have a child together. The kid might be adopted, but we can not love him any more!!!!!!

There are way too many blacks going to TBS now. It's disgusting!

I agree with all the comments. TBS sucks! Mr. Hoy was a dumb asian principle who didn't know how to handle kids. That's why he was fired in 2004.

TBS is a terrible school. Don't send your kids there!!!

TBS is a waste of your child's time and of your money! And if you're looking for a school to better your child's religion....you'd be better off sending them to a public school.

A.L. your heart is in the right place but there is nothing TBS can do to right the wrongs that they have put in place. THE DAMAGE IS DONE!!! The only thing that will work is an apology to all students, past and present, and then shutting the school down, permanently! The only people that school produces are self-destructive children with bad habits and/or kids that are so deluded about the realities in life they cant see the world for what it really is. The second kind I pity because our adversary Satan, goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. He devours them because TBS is a stumbling block in their path and in their hearts. God is a loving Creator, but he is also jealous, and Christ in His own time will right the wrongs that have been wreaked upon His children. Nothing can be done to save these lost souls unless God has chosen them for His righteous cause. So in the meantime, save countless other children by having the school closed. Over the years I have seen Tacoma Baptist Schools (T.B.S.) go in a direction that was not in the best interest, (bibical) of students, staff or parents. I investigated as a parent, (with a private investigator) the readings on this wed site an have found a lot of angry children coming out of T.B.S.. Why? I beleive that the school board made hasty decisions in hiring both staff and adminiistrators. The school board members have not been Godly examples to the overal school system and the general public. They have left a traumatic experience for alot of children k-12. The sins of this school are now being exposed in a way that is not pleasing to Our Lord and Savior. The transactio of the last administrators shall be held accountable and to a higher level of accountability to God. The Children of this school are screaming out. If the Tacoma Baptist School Board does not find these prior children (students young or old), staff and parents to make things correct in a bibical manner.

Tacoma baptist is the absolute worst school you can ever send your child to, the teachers are fairly incompetent, the food sucks, and the last time i was there asbestos was coming out of the floor. The sport equipment was from the 80's and smelled, not to mention the buses are unsafe and the drivers arent even drug tested. Most of the kids that attend have social problems and couldnt make it in a normal school, this is the place where people dump their problematic children. I attended this school from 1998-2003 and can positively say that it is the worst private school in pierce county. Do not send your children there, also since 2001 attendance has declined dramatically because of poor teachers and inadequate funding which includes the asanine administration.
