Whether you are a content producer or not, you can learn a lot from reading Associated Content. Here are 10 lessons you can learn.

1. Everyone feels as though he or she is an expert.

People love to provide their opinion on just about any subject other the sun. That is wonderful; the problem is that some people try to pass themselves off as experts when they haven't had extensive education in the subject area or even much life experience. Associated Content provides people with the unique opportunity pose an expert on a subject area when you really aren't. You might just get away with it.

2. Ordinary people have extraordinary stories to tell.

Famous people are not the only people that have extraordinary lives. Associated Content is definite proof of it. Some people who are just average people have some of the most fascinating stories to tell. Try reading articles about how people ended up homeless for a time, or about one child's experience in a juvenile detention center.

3. Issues such as breastfeeding can be a hot topic.

Otherwise low-key topics can become hot topics on Associated Content. Recently, there has been a barrage of articles relating to information and controversies surrounding breastfeeding. It is pretty interesting reading, especially if you really don't understand how something so natural as breastfeeding can be such a hop topic.

4. There are as many opinions as to how to raise children as there are people.

Everyone seems to have an opinion on the best way to raise children. Ultimately, there are many successful ways to raise a healthy, happy child. Don't let people fool you. There isn't one that is any more right than any other. Usually, there is something to be learned from each point of view and each article on the subject. No one is completely right, nor are they completely wrong.

5. Published authors are more accessible than you think.

Very good points. I'd add that the forums are a great resource for all writers, but especially for new ones.
