Bank of America - going all out for the illegal dollar, putting the country at risk - says it's legal - doesn't matter if the person is a drug dealer, terrorist, killer, or rapist. All the Bank of America is interested in is their pound of flesh - a shylock charging usurious rates - just interested in their bottom line!

I won't say that they charge the same usurious rates as the mafia, but not much difference. They get their pound of flesh in a little different way than the mafia, but they get it. They charge enough interest on the illegals that if they have one or two of these new friends get caught for rape or murder, they still make money, somewhat the same way they charge interest on poor Americans. There again, the amount of interest they charge the poor is legal but still a crying shame.

Until and unless Congress ever uses it's power for good and puts a reasonable limit on the amount financial institutions can charge for interest, this practice will continue. We now have car title loans, payday loans, and all kinds of smaller loan companies charging excessive interest. The Democratic party is always saying how they care about the poor and middle class and how they are treated. I doubt that they have ever thought of this as a problem. In fact, I would wager that some of these Democrats hold a lot of stock in financial institutions and get quite a bit of political campaign funds from these same financial institutions.

The Republicans are not faultless in this. I am sure they do the same, however, they don't spend their time saying how they are concerned by the plight of the poor and middle classes. One of the mortgage companies riding the wave of the housing market, doling out mortgages - don't know if they were to illegals like Bank of America is courting or not, but they have lost 70 percent of their stock price and are on the edge of bankruptcy - I could just cry.
