It is time to officially announce the merger of Acclivity Marketing, the SEO firm who has been doing production work for Rothmanmarketing.com, and Rothmanmarketing.com (a DBA for Israel Rothman): the surviving company is SocialMediaSysems.com LLC, a Washington Corporation, DBA Social Media Systems:

The new company is far from a start up: Social Media Systems begins business with cash-flow and over thirty clients, including some large ones (SSPR, a multi-million dollar PR firm, RIS Media: Real Estate Magazine - a 28 year old, largest independent Real Estate News organization in the world, others..) which were/are clients of the two merging companies.

Social Media Systems provides online Marketing, Advertising, Consulting and PR services by way of a proprietary approach to search engine placement and Internet promotion which has been developed over the last ten years by the father and son team of Israel Rothman and Solomon Rothman. This "Social Media System" (thus the new name) utilizes "white hat" SEO techniques and specially customized open-source blog and social media programming to target niche and geographical markets on behalf of the company's clientele by creating web-based social media hubs which target their intended audience, and feed industry specific data to the search engines: establishing the company's clients as authority sources, and feeding traffic to the "hubs" through search placement, and word-of-mouth online networking.
