She lost it at a very young age.
She didn't know who to tell, she felt as though she was locked in a cage.
Before he came along, she was like any other youngster.
Whom could she tell that her offspring was lying behind a dumpster.
He was supposed to baby-sit her during her summer vacation.
Little did her mom know, he was out on probation.
Over the years, he earned her mother's trust, little did she know that he would take away her daughter's innocence to satisfy his own lust.
Seven years on this Earth, she remembered the same routine since birth.
She tried looking herself in the mirror, but she was too ashamed.
She kept wondering was it her fault or was he to blame.
Should she tell anyone or should she not even bother.
Who would believe her after all he was her father.
