Pretty attorneys dress upThey have serious faces and pretend to be smart
Psychologists who are crazier than him
Write reports to seal my children's fate
Judges judge without seeing
They speak so nicely about their own
I speak respectfully to them
But only when allowed
Instead I would like to laugh at them
Your honor, dear honorable sir
My children are good on purpose
It is not an accident
It is not because you say it is so
I squeeze the holy card in
My shaking hand
The papers mount upwards
Crazy words are twisted
To hurt
Your Children, who are afraid seek sense from you
You look back to them
Not understanding
There is no protection here
We know policemen by their names
They come to our house
Enter our lives
Stand in our kitchen
We are no longer private
There is a squad car in our driveway
It has lights flashing around and around
So now they know
They ask us questions that do not help us
Attorneys should be sad
But instead, they dress up
Taking the advice of "dress for success"
Because the money is good
Take it for all it is worth
So proud that you are a lawyer
No matter what you do
Writing motions in his spare time
Taken seriously
A serial drama queen
A chameleon with a
Lawyer's personality
A sociopath spinning out of control
"An inflated sense of self-worth"
"An air of self-satisfaction"
"Superficially charming personality"
"Skillful at controlling and manipulating"
He has my children every other weekend
There is no protection here
