So let's get started. Go ahead and open your Windows Media Player. The first thing I will show you is how to add a folder of songs to your library. Your library is where your songs are stored and you just click the song that you want to play.
Add a Folder to your Library
You will see some tabs at the top of your Windows Media Player. Click the Library tab. You will notice that there are no songs in your library. Go to the top of your window and click File > Add to Library > Add Folder. This will open a box and you will need to locate the folder on your computer that you want to add to your library. Click the folder once you have located it and click the Add button. Now you will see the songs in that folder appear in your library.
Add a File to your Library
If you only want to add certain songs you can add a file instead of a folder. Go to the top of your window and click File > Add to Library > Add File. That will bring up a window and you will need to locate the file that you want to add. Then click the Add button or double click the file to add it. To add more than one file, hold the CTRL key down and select the files.
Change the Visualization
When a song is playing you can watch different visualizations on Windows Media Player. There are many visualizations to choose from. Start a song playing. Then click the Now Playing Tab at the top of the window. You should see a visualization playing. Click View > Visualization > and choose the visualization that you want to see. You can keep going through these until you find the one that you like.
