The Idea Behind the Letisha Diet

We all hear about hundreds of weight loss gimmicks and plans. Some of them sound simple while others seem outrageous and difficult. You may have tried several already, or you may have avoided them all. Have you ever thought about just making up your own weight loss plan? One that you don't have to pay for? That's what I did.I didn't like what I'd heard about some of the programs or diets my friends were on - Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, etc. There was a drawback from every one I looked into. Stop eating carbs. I don't think so! Not me, buddy. I love my mashed potatoes and bread. Keep track of points. No, thank you! I have a life made hectic enough with numbers and time management, deadlines and rules. I don't need a point system to add to my stress! Pay us $ X to join our program. Their logo really ought to be: "Lose weight fast and lose your money faster!"
So here's what I did. It's not impossible, not even difficult, to find health tips on losing weight. Listen to your friends and family. Pay attention to news announcements. Look at hundreds of articles in print or online. Gather tips and advice from different mediums and combine it all into your own workable, appealing weight loss plan. Create a plan that allows you to comfortably lose weight at your own pace, your own price, and with your own rules.
Some of the most well-meaning weight loss gimmicks would be highly effective if only they didn't require something from the participant that he/she does not want to give or give up. We all like custom-made products, so why not custom-make a weight loss plan too?
I'd like to share with you the Letisha Diet - simple, custom-made, workable for me, and generally effective. I would not dare say that my weight loss plan has been "tested and approved" by health gurus, or that it is necessarily full-proof. I would say that my Letisha Diet is sufficient for me personally, so long as I follow my own rules. Without further ado, here's the Letisha Diet - feel free to use it or take whichever parts suit your own custom-made weight loss plan.
