I have had a plantar wart on my foot since middle school...35 years ago! If you have never had a plantar wart, the best description for the pain is that it is like walking on a nail. I picked it up at the
swimming pool. My mother took me countless times to the surgeon. It was frozen around 3 times, cut off once; radiation was even used one time. A painful callous formed over it, but the wart continued to exist underneath for the following years.

I went to a doctor around ten years ago who gave me chemical remover to use at home with instructions. He said they come back frequently and just to keep fighting it. I have been cutting, digging, burning, etc for my whole life. The thing hurts like the dickens when it gets mad. When that chemical remover hits the business part of a plantar wart, the pain is some of the worst I have ever had. I have given warts to family members a couple of times too! I thought the new freezing tool that costs twenty dollars would work.......no. Well...I had actually adjusted my walking gait to accommodate the almost constant pain. I was on Internet looking for information about how to better use the chemical, and found all this new information about the latest treatment. DUCT TAPE! Yes I am serious! The American Medical Association, dermatologists, pediatric specialists and more are recommending this as the new cure-all for warts!

I bought the cheapest duct tape that Wal-Mart had...for a dollar! I started putting it on and changing it around every 24 hours. The instructions vary as to how to do it. Some suggest leaving it on for two weeks. The tape I had would not have stayed on that long....and it stunk a little as the wart died. But immediately within a day or so, the pain was gone. It was almost gone in around 2 1/2 weeks; my plantar wart that was deep, deep inside my toe is almost gone! This has been completely painless! I cannot imagine a more deeply ingrained plantar wart than mine!
I have included some websites, so be sure and check it out.
You need:
• Duct Tape
• Emory Board, pumice stone, or some kind of Foot file. I used one of those new egg shaped foot scraping things,
