Life is a Book

Life is a book that is sometimes torn,
From birth to death the book has been worn.
Sometimes there's happiness in the pages we read,
Othertimes there's sadness, friendship in need.

At times the stories are so mysterious,
It makes life so very delirious.
Other times the chapters change so fast,
It transfers life to one big blast.

The chapters change from excitement to dread,
This book of life should not be read.
The book is enjoyed when it keeps you in suspense,
Hopefully, it won't lead you in a state of tense.

Analogy poems shows similarities betweeen situations or things.
Sometimes it shows a comparison.
