This funky, fun, and unique is inspired by the art of Andy Warhol and is extremely easy to make!

For this project, you will need:

- A small wood coffee table or end table

- Black colored, latex based paint

- Four laser copied variations of the same photo: one tinted red, one tinted blue, one tinted yellow, and one tinted green

- Decoupage medium

- White colored acrylic paint

- Polyurethane sealer

- Medium grit sand paper

- Tack cloth

You will want the table to be unstained, unpainted wood prior to beginning this project. If the table does have paint or stain, use a bit of paint stripper (available at your local home improvement store) according to manufacturer directions.

Start by lightly sanding down the table with medium grit sandpaper. Once the entire table has been lightly sanded, remove all dust with a tack cloth. (It is important that there is no excess sanding dust on the table before painting, or it can interfere with the paint and decoupage medium.)

Apply one coat of black colored latex paint to the table. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly. Mix one part of cream colored latex paint to two parts water. Apply a second coat to the table. Let the table dry for four to six hours before continuing.

Cut the photos into four identically sized versions. There should be one in red, one in blue, one in red, and one in green. The photo can be of anything you wish, just as long as it is the same photo with different tints. (Note: It is important to use laser copies, as the sealant on this project can cause any other type of ink to run.) Layout and measure the photos so that they are equally spaced and centered on the table. Using the decoupage medium, adhere the photos to the table. Allow the decoupage medium to dry.

With a small paintbrush, create a pencil thin or slightly thicker border around each photo using white acrylic paint. Allow the acrylic paint to dry before sealing the entire project with polyurethane sealer. Let the table dry overnight before using.
