You should also let your fiancé know that you will handle making sure that everything that has already been planned is cancelled and that everyone is contacted. Since you are the one calling things off it is only right that you take care of this. After you inform your fiancé of your plans you should next inform your family and your bridal party. If the invitations have already gone out then it may be a lot easier to mail out notes to everyone letting them know that the wedding has been cancelled and leave it at that.
